Completely renovated three bedroom terraced house with all mod cons. secure rear garden (completely paved) please check out our other listings for reviews as this is a new project. it will give you a guide to what we want to achieve and the standards we think you deserve. The property has 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen dinner is spacious and a very sociable area with breakfast bar / workstation.
The lounge and master bedroom are cosy and stylishly decorated.
I live in Margate having moved down from London. I work for Thanet Council but also manage and own three properties in Margate. I love the area. I am lucky to have a great partner who assists with the Airbnb together with Jack our 17 year old rescue dog.
We are most likely to be nearby. In addition, Kay who assists with the management of our properties is only two minutes away. We can be reached by phone or email and happy to answer a queries about the property or the surrounding area
The property is only a short walk from the old town, situated on a small street with little traffic and for a town location extremely quiet during the night. We have very friendly and responsible neighbours. The "loop" bus stop is two streets away and serves the three main towns of Thanet; Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.
Margate is not a big place and walking to most attractions and shops is the best way to get around. There are stunning walks along the coast or over farmland to St Peter's and beyond. The local bus, "The loop" services the three main towns; Margate, Ramsgate and broadstairs. If you are looking for serious retail therapy then Westwood cross is easily reached by car or bus.
