A pet friendly, modern, self-contained 1 bedroom accommodation (also double sofa bed in living area) situated in the charming village of Carleton. Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop, 2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group / family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included. There is a small enclosed patio area with table and chairs for the private use of this accommodation. There is also onsite private parking for this accommodation. A small croft can be used which is adjoining the property , which may be useful for those bringing dogs. We are pet friendly and have 1 big dog (Vinny) and 1 medium sized dog (Barney) , both are very friendly boys , and may venture round to see you particularly if treats are involved ! The accommodation area is enclosed, so our dogs cannot come into your area. Whilst the accommodation can cater for four people, the accommodation is probably best suited for 2- 3 adults or a small family or group . The second bed is a double sofa bed within the open plan accommodation. Please also note that we will accommodate children under 2 however you would need to bring you own travel cot and highchair. We also have CCTV, covering our property.

We believe that interaction comes naturally. We are sociable but will leave you alone to have your space and to enjoy your stay. However, we are only a stone’s throw away, so we are more than happy to catch up with you in passing. The village of Carleton is a small rural village , and is approx. 2 miles from the market town of Skipton , which is the gateway to the many beautiful areas of the dales , such as Malham Cove , Bolton Abbey , Grassington. There are many lovely areas to eat in this area , many of which are also pet friendly.
