The show piece of this cottage is the wooden terrace that overhangs the hillside. A huge space with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the views with no interruption. A fantastic place to sit and eat dinner, have breakfast, or just sit and daydream! There is plenty of outdoor garden space with lots of places for the kids to run around and enjoy the natural surroundings. 1.5 miles from the centre of Betws Y Coed, the cottage is really well positioned. Betws Y Coed, home to the Swallow Falls waterfall and the famous Fairy Glen is in walking distance from the cottage. There are plenty of shops and cafes in Betws y Coed town centre and a real go to place if you are after outdoor clothing. The Conwy Falls and Cafe are 5 minutes up the road where you will also find the headquarters for Go Below, the ultimate in underground adventures for the area. Dolwyddelan Castle is also a 5-10 min drive away. 15 minutes from the new Zip world adventures means you also have easy access to some of the great new attractions the area has to offer. Wyddfa (Snowdon) is a 20 minute car ride away as is Conwy where you find the Castle and a great old market town where the smallest house in the UK is located.
