Westhill is a spacious, stunning 6 bedroom period town house in the heart of Cowes. Minutes from Cowes Yacht Haven and the High St, this property is beautifully styled blending an eclectic vintage vibe with a host of period features. Westhill is a beautiful period property and is conveniently located in the centre of Cowes, close to the Marinas, High Street and sailing clubs, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. As you enter the property, the ground floor comprises of a large light and spacious reception with smart TV. A Separate stylish dining room with seating up to 10 and a fully fitted kitchen. This then leads out to the private and secluded garden with table and seating split level areas. The garden is fenced so secure for children and pets. There is also a shed if you are bringing your bikes (available on request). The 1st floor comprises of the large master bedroom with a double bed, plus a single bed (upon request). Bedroom 2: Twin beds which are zip and link and can be configured as a double on request. Bedroom 3: Large single bedroom. Shower room: Large shower, toilet and basin. The 2nd floor comprises of Bedroom 4 : Twin beds which are zip and link and can be configured as double on request, useful desk area. The house is located a few moment’s walk from the High Street, Cowes Yacht Haven or stroll along to the Parade and Esplanade for wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent.
