Enjoy a spacious and quiet homely experience at this 3-bedroom house located in a peaceful residential area. With a lovely garden/patio and parking for two cars, it’s perfect for both relaxation and convenience. Whether you're on a business trip, visiting friends, or exploring local tourist attractions, this accommodation is ideal for both short and long-term stays. The city centre is only 3 miles away with Worcester Royal Hospital and the M5 motorway just a short drive. Here are some key points about the property: Easy access to the M5 and the hospital Spacious Family friendly On site free parking for 2 cars Garden/patio The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a convenient drawer unit. It also comes with an ensuite bathroom with shower hand basin and toilet. The second & third bedrooms include double beds, built in wardrobes and drawer units. The main family bathroom has is a W/C, bath/shower and hand basin. The living/dining room features 2 large comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining table which seats six. This kitchen is fully equipped including, sink, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher/washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. The outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a table and chairs Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to five hundred pounds during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

The property is situated in a residential area close to the hospital and M5 motorway and only 3 miles to the city centre. There is a large Tesco supermarket 6 min drive or 13 walk from the house for your convenience. Once in the city you can have a lovely stroll along the river, take a boat trip or just sit outside one of the lovely restaurant/hotels and watch the world go by. Close to the river there is also a Theatre with a lovely restaurant close by to fully enjoy the experience. Located in the same area is Worcester racecourse where you can enjoy the racing during summer or even festivals, fairs and events such as bonfire night year round.
