Whitehaven is at the heart of bustling North Berwick, just yards from the beach, golf course, shops, cafes and railway station. Yet it's a secluded spot and an ideal base for your seaside holiday.
Hi I'm Torquil. I've been renting out holiday apartments in North Berwick since 2004. I grew up in the area and know it very well. Please ask if there's anything you need to know about the N Berwick / East Lothian / Edinburgh area. I've played golf on the East Lothian courses all my life, so please ask if you need help planning your golf trip. I can meet you on arrival, or just leave your key in the lock box if you prefer. I'm not far away and you can phone or text if you have any questions.
There's a great coffee shop right across the street in the Westgate Galleries, plenty other places to explore along the High Street and of course it's hard to beat a walk along the beautiful beaches - summer or winter ! You can walk to the golf course, Seabird Centre, tennis courts or railway station, so you won't need your car until it's time to explore the hidden secrets East Lothian has to offer. It's just half an hour to Edinburgh city centre by train, and you're also on a bus route for local journeys to Dirleton, Gullane and Aberlady.
