Our lovely Annex is located in our Family home on quiet residential street with your own Private Entrance. Includes lovely Quirky Kitchenette, Bathroom and Double bedroom with off road parking. (Use of our main kitchen & garden are available upon request only). We have a travel cot, hairdryer, straighteners, iron/ironing board you can borrow, please just ask. I'm Sarah and i love meeting new people, especially learning about the different beliefs and cultures people have. As a family we love to travel and discover new places. Were at the beginning of our hosting journey and absolutely love it so far, we've had wonderful reviews especially about the comfy bed and cleanliness of the annexe, which makes it worthwhile. Staying in our annexe you can't be allergic to cats or children, as we have both. Our cheeky cat thinks he owns the place and may end up in the annexe if your windows/doors are left open (apologies in advance) Don't worry, the children will not be entering ;-)

Close walk to Ipswich town, football club, Ipswich train station and town Centre. -Local shops(takeaways/charity shop/co-op/postoffice/butchers/Bakery etc are 5mins walk away. -3x lovely parks are close by within walking distance, with ponds and play areas, great for walking/jogging around. -Sizewell C and London are both 1hr drive away. -Beautiful wedding venues close by 10mins drive. -London Liverpool Street by train 1 hour. -Felixstowe (seaside town) 15m by train. -Ipswich Waterfront close by for some lovely eating/drinking spots.
