We are a family-owned ROOM ONLY establishment. Facilities are a guest lounge only. All rooms have flat-screen TV’s, tea & coffee making facilities and complimentary upgraded Wi-Fi as standard. The property is situated in a quiet area of Sandown yet only a few minutes stroll to all amenities, eateries plenty of places to purchase breakfast, shops and beach. We are very close to the train station and buses making it easy for our guests to reach us and to enjoy all that the island has to offer. All our self catering bungalows are set up as a home from home.

The island is a beautiful, safe, vibrant place with outstanding scenic beaches just on the door step. There is more things to experience in a small area than any where else in the UK being only 26 miles across ,so no travelling for hours for a great day out. Excellent public transport so not a necessity for a car and we can arrange cheaper ferry travel direct.
