Situated in the pretty village of Appleton Le Moors, Woodward FarmHouse dates back to 1780. It has a large southwest facing garden overlooking the Howardian Hills an AONB. The interior has been refurbished to the highest standard, and all the rooms are en-suite and have been redecorated to offer a very comfortable stay. There is also a breakfast/sitting room exclusively for the guests' use. There is excellent WIFI, but NO tellies !!
When I am not walking my 2 very friendly working cocker spaniels, I am cooking or painting !
Appleton Le Moors is a gateway to the North York Moors National Park. It has its own pub, the Moors Inn, just 2 mintues walk, church, and endless walks & bikerides on the doorstep, as well as numerous stunning places to visit including Rievaulx Abbey & Castle Howard, Whitby on the Coast, the Wolds and the Dales
