Y Llew Bach is a our pretty little one bedroom cottage. Next door to our quiet country pub, The Lion Inn, our 400 year old cottage is small but quirky with very thick walls! Deep in the Welsh countryside offering spectacular views within easy reach of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast. With places such as Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Betws-Y-Coed and Gwrych Castle from A Celebrity, put your feet up after a day of exploring. Please note the pub is only open on a Wednesday evening from 7pm-11pm and then Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm-11pm. We have a great selection of homemade food available on our menu including amazing pizzas made from scratch, also available as a takeaway and for preorder the days the pub isn't open.
There is no internet signal in the village which we find our guests love and enjoy the peace. However we do have limited WIFI which works downstairs really well in the pub and a little downstairs in the cottage.
Sarah and Benn own Y Llew Bach and the quiet country pub next door, The Lion Inn. They are welcoming and friendly and hope that everyone enjoys their stay.
Gwytherin is a small village nestled in the North Welsh countryside just outside Snowdonia. It has wonderful walks and beautiful views and a quiet country pub. We are on the Pilgrims Way, steeped in history and the setting for The Cadfael series. The nearest shop is just 10 minutes away and the nearest two just 15. It offers takeaways, restaurants, shops, cafes, and swimming pool and access to a beautiful river and the stunning Gwydir Forest. `
