The kitchen is well equipped with all the white goods, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On the ground floor there is a downstairs cloakroom, a cosy living room with a dining table, and this leads out into the back garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, bedroom one has a king size bed with a Smart TV, bedroom two has a double bed. There is a bathroom with the choice of using the bath or shower. There is private allocated parking for 1 Car only. Please note that work vehicles are not permitted in the close and will have to find alternative parking. Check in to the property is after 4.00pm and check out is no later than 10.00am.
