We are extremely close to a central bus route and only 20 minutes drive to the popular Grand Anse beach and town. Le Phare Bleu Marina and Grenada Marine is 10 and 15 minutes away respectively. Begin the day with an early morning swim on La Sagesse Beach, a 10 minutes drive away or watch the sun go down at the end of the day on Grand Anse Beach, only 20 minutes away. This private, modern and fully self-contained apartment can sleep 6 adults comfortably. The bathroom in the master bedroom is spacious and has its own walk in closet. There is a private balcony in the master bedroom where you can relax in private reading a book or enjoying your afternoon tea or coffee. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, electric kettle, microwave, blender, cookware, glassware and cutlery. A 40 LB cylinder of gas is provided for cooking. The living room has 2 couches with sitting for 6 persons, a dining table and 6 chair plus a smart TV 📺. The property is perfect for single travelers or couples, whether on vacation or for business. Within 3-5 minutes of the property are a gas station, 3 grocery stores, 1 bakery, rum distillery, tyre shop and an automotive repair shop. FREE transportation from the airport to Tropical Breeze is provided.

Guests have access to the surrounding garden and are welcome to pick whatever fruit is in season at the time. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Cable TV can be arranged for longer stays at an extra cost. Weekly maid service is available for general cleaning and changing of linens for long term stays if needed.
