The apartment is located 50 meters from the sea near Sanspiro, on the right and left are the shopping centers Grand Mall and Euphoria, and casinos are also nearby.
I am Malvina Goguadze, a housewife.
Near my apartment there are children's amusement rides, aquapark, malls, a boulevard and the sea within 50 meters, and restaurants.
