Alteroom in New Gudauri offers you a magical and alternative accommodation – a colorful and cozy apartment, decorated with hand-painted mural art and natural wooden furniture; Special atmosphere and exquisite ambiance of the apartment ensure that guests have truly remarkable and unforgettable experience during their stay. Alteroom apartment is centrally located, within 3 minute walk from main Gondola ski lift, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and ski rentals. Private ski-depot also available.
This 30 m² studio apartment, hand-painted by popular Georgian artist – Masholand features one KING size double bed and a convertible sofa for 2 people, as well as the kitchenette with dining table and a private bathroom with a rainfall shower. It is fully equipped with home appliances such as : fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, electric stove, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, HD Smart TV with cable channels and a WiFi. Toiletries, fresh towels and slippers are all provided in the apartment.
The private Ski depot as well as the 24/7 reception and free public parking are available on site (reservation is not needed, however parking spots might be full on week
Hello, we are Rezi and Nina, young couple from Georgia! We also love adventures, to travel, to ski, discover world and meet new people. We wanted to make our apartment to provide alternative experience, to be colorful and magical. We would love to share our second home, warm and cozy apartment in snowy and beautiful Gudauri.
Apartment is located in New Gudauri, Redco Aparthotel, Loft 2. This brand new residential complex is located in the very center of Gudauri. What makes the apartment very convenient is that all the services like bars, restaurants, ski-rentals, entertainment and Ski lift is available nearby.
The complex is not yet available on G Maps but I can provide alternative maps (openstreetmaps) for you to easily find the building.
