Nina's family is from Signagi and Saqib and Nina got this land as their wedding gift in 2023, by 2024 they had a clear vision of building a dream escape that would be an environmentally-friendly house, and of course, it had to be an A-frame with lots of elements of wood and blues in the decor.
The property is tucked into the picturesque village of Bodbe, just a short walk from the renowned Bodbe Monastery. The neighborhood is known for its rolling hills, lush forests, and spectacular views of the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus mountains that can be seen off of the balcony (if weather allows).
This area is celebrated for its tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking peace, clean air, and immersion in nature. Autumn brings especially beautiful landscapes, with pomegranate trees and vineyards surrounding the area. The local villages of Upper and Lower Bodbe are also famous for their sweet local grapes, sunflower gardens, and traditional wine-making heritage.
Residents and visitors alike appreciate the serenity, historic charm, and restorative natural environment, making Bodbe a beloved gem in the Kakheti region.
