This unique building is part of Georgian cultural heritage, built in 1868. This 2 bedroom spacious apartment has 4.2m high ceilings, authentic brick walls, hand-painted ceramic tiles, and antique wood windows and floors. The building was restored under the cultural preservation program, and the apartment was completely renovated in 2023, preserving its authenticity and installing modern systems for full comfort.
Ideal for couples, families with kids or friends.

This special place is right at the heart of Tbilisi close to everything, making it easy to plan your visits. All the sightseeing of Old Town, museums, galleries, entertainment centers, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. We offer guests the best location, elegant design, and full comfort.
Bedroom 1 - with one queen bed (160 cm wide), night tables, hangers/shelves, and workplace desk perfect for sleep, work, and rest. Antique wood blinds on the window for a cozy sleep.
Bedroom 2 - one double bed (140 cm wide), one single bed, side table, hangers/shelves, and workplace desk perfect for sleep, work, and rest. Antique wood blinds on the window for a cozy sleep.
Fresh linen and fluffy towels are provided for each guest.
Living room - historical brick interior with fully restored hand-painted tiles, high ceilings, and large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the techniques you might need for a long stay.
