Tamuna, co-owner, teacher, and hostess, looks after guests during their stay. Irakli, the reservations manager, will personally assist guests before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Sopo, the hotel manager, brings a caring touch to the atmosphere. Together, the family creates a cozy, family-friendly, and positive environment where guests can relax and feel at home.

For easy transportation, there is a bus and minibus stop nearby, providing quick connections to Batumi city center in just 12–13 minutes.
