Il Kope Palace si trova sulla riva sinistra del fiume Mtkvari, a 500 metri dal Parco Dedaena e dal mercato delle pulci di Dry Bridge. Scrittore e personaggio pubblico Maksim Gor'kij viveva nell'edificio in cui si trova l'hotel.
