Our property features incredible views of Bakuriani, with it's picturesque snowy mountains and beautiful little cottages you will be breathtaken by the beauty Bakuriani has to offer. The interior is incredibly spacious and crafted with large families and groups of friends in mind. Furnished to the highest standard, with solid wood furniture, high tech appliances and gorgeous marble table tops ensures a sense of comfort and pleasure is present throughout your stay. You can enjoy it's prime location with many supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance, aswell as the city centre being a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Located further away from the busy main road you can expect to have a quiet and peaceful holiday visit with your loved ones.

I speak Georgian, English and Russian fluently so I able to accomodate people of all nationalities. I particullarly enjoy hosting my villa, as I love staying here myself with my family and would like to share my joyful experiences with others.
