The rooms have been renovated in the last 1 year. Here are all the necessary items and devices that are necessary for human comfort. There is air conditioning and hot water.

You only have one neighbor, me and my family. I'm renting private house with small garden. There is not only one apartment and if there will be other tourists, they will be your neighbors too.
