The terraced yard and the house are located in the central, historical area of the city. 350 meters from the center. The place is distinguished by coziness, greenery and an independent yard.
My family and I have had a family hotel "Friend House" in Kutaisi for six years now, so this field is familiar to me. I like interacting with my guests, introducing them and making them love my country.
Kolkhuri fountain, city garden, Bagrat temple, botanical garden, museums, tourist center, central market, cafe-restaurants and other attractions are located near the apartment, 150-200 meters away.
