My name is Giorgi and I look forward to host you. I lived in several countries around Europe but grew up in Georgia and can not imagine myself somewhere else. Myself, just as you, I am an addicted traveler and I know how important it is to have a comfortable place far away from home. Therefore I can promise that you will enjoy staying with us. Me and my family have tried our best in preparing the apartments for you, and we honestly hope that you will love it. If you however see anything we can do better, please let us know.

Property information

All the apartments are located in the NEW area of Batumi in a Brand New Sky Scrapper on the front line of the beach. All the apartments feature a bird eye panoramic view, both on the sea and on the new Boulevard. All of the apartments feature brand new renovation and furniture. Beach is just in front of the building, but you are free to explore the other beaches just by following the boulevard. I recommend taking the chance at one of the nearby beaches, as the area is less flooded by people and you will have much more enjoyable time.

Neighbourhood information

Batumi is a small city. A walk by foot or a short ride on the taxi will get you everywhere you need. The area where the apartment is located is also called THE NEW BATUMI, as it is mostly surrounded by new contemporaneous buildings. Nearby you can find all sorts of restaurants and a shopping mall.
