Nestled in a quiet prime residential neighborhood, the apartment complex is 3min walk to ATM Bank, International grocery shop, pharmacy and multiple restaurants ( Chinese, Indian, Chop Bar, Lebanese). It’s 13min drive to Kumasi international Airport during off peak hours. 5min drive to Kumasi Mall. Most guests who visit with their vehicles have their free parking. Each apartment is assigned one secured parking. Outside perimeter parking also available. Due to its central location requests for Bolt or Uber all times are consistent and within reach. Main entrance is a sliding gate with a 24/7 manned security who will verify all approved guests before entry. On entry, all cars park at 45 degrees. Exit is through a head-on exit sliding gate. Security will always open gate for both entry and exit. Please note: Unapproved guest WILL NOT be allowed entry by security. All unaccompanied guest must check in with security.
