A fully equipped self catered studio apartment on the 8th floor in the newly constructed building Kings Wharf Quay29 by Queensway Marina in Gibraltar. It's east facing and has a wonderful view towards the rock and commonwealth park and some sea/pool views. Located next to the existing Kings Wharf Quay27 building, Kings Wharf Quay29 is a new modern seventeen storey tower with three large swimming pools and gym. The large studio (37sqm) is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill and washing machine). The lounge area has comfy seating and a modern TV with high speed fibre optic broadband internet connection. All UK TV Sky channels available. Amazon Prime, Netflix Premium and Disney Plus videos available free on the TV App. The studio has a king size bed (1.5x1.9m) and a sofa. There is a juliette glass balcony to enjoy the wonderful views. The apartment is part of the Kings Wharf complex. Quay29 was completed in October 2019. There are three communal swimming pools. Open all year. We provide towels for the sun loungers.

If you are planning to get married in Gibraltar we can provide a proof of stay for the registry office towards your application. "Non-residents wishing to get married or enter into a civil partnership in Gibraltar must provide the Registrar with documentary evidence that they will be staying in Gibraltar, for at least one night, immediately prior to or, immediately after the ceremony."

Man-Ho at Kings Wharf Quay29 Gibraltar
Outside the apartment block behind the commonwealth park are several cafes and restaurants. The studio is in a very convenient location just 5 minutes walk from Gibraltar's Main Street, 15 minutes walk from Ocean Village with it's numerous bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants at Queensway Quay Marina. Just a few mins away from the registry office. There is also a bus stop (Nr.10 coming from border/airport) right outside the building.
There are limited park and display parking available just opposite the building at the Romney Car Park. The costs are 1.50 pds per hour at daytime and free from 22:00-9:00.
