Tranquil beautiful apartment with mature garden. Bird watching haven. 1.5km to WABSA bird watching area in Brufut and also boasting countless birds in the mature garden. With 24 hours electricity with solar panel electricity in case of power cuts and 24/7 super speedy WI-FI connection. Gazebo. 9 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access to Turntable, Tanji (fish market) and Sanyang.
The 1st Floor apartment is accessible from outside via a spiral staircase, made to measure and sturdy from UK. Please if you choose to stay in 1st floor, spiral staircase is in photos.
Apartments have hot water boilers.
This is a residential neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours. Plenty of local shops and very short walking distance to restaurants on the beach.
