This apartment is on the top floor , with two balconies one towards the sea and the big one at the park side with great view of Athens and Faliron seaside . The access at the marinas by foot is about 10 minutes walk and the entrance to SNFF park is 50 m from the building. Inside the park is the national opera with symphony concerts and the national library , lots of café , restaurant , street food around the park , gardens , trees from Greek plant life , sea water canal , two special runs for running 200 m and 600 m , a bike path around the hole park connected with the marinas and the seaside via Esplanada Bridge , and outdoor gymnasium with over 50 exercises and working machines . the apartment is full equipped , with new kitchen ,oven , washing machine , ceramics , air condition , a flat tv 42' , stereo hi fi , a lot of instruments for exercising , new bathroom , very big closet , hot water etc. Another advantage is the perfect transportation to everywhere in Athens and hole Attica territory plus direct connection with Piraeus Port and Airport El Venizelos or Acropolis and Sounio , by metro , tram and busses (see about the neighborhood).

Hello travelers from all over the world , I am a traveler too , try to find unique locations to go , secret places to see , and hidden spots to stay. my favorite type off vacation is sports vacations , like snowboarding , enduro motorbike races , still playing basketball and use a bike in or out of the city , I like swimming and fishing and I am fun of great food . I travel a lot to Greek islands and during the winter to the Greek mountains . Outside off Greece I have travel about seven times at the Alps only at winter for visiting ski resorts and snowboarding slopes in Austria , Italy and Swiss , ( I missed France yet ). PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 1.TRAM station TZITZIFIES located 100m from the building ( you can see it from the balcony ) connection with METRO STATION FALIRO and from there to AIRPORT , PIREAUS PORT , CENTER OF ATHENS AND ALL METRO LINES. 2.VIA TRAM you can reach attica beaches of GLYFADA , VOULA and from then bus to varkiza vouliagmani 3.BUS LINE X96 STRAIGHT TO AIRPORT EL VENIZELOS , the bus stop is 150m from the building KALLITHEA - TZITZIFIES 4.BUS STOP KALLITHEA - TZITZIFIES 150m from the building to PIREAUS PORT , VOULA BEACH , VOULIAGMENI LAKE ,GLYFADA , FLOISVOS MARIN (FROM FLOISVOS STATION BUS OR TRAM is another bus station ATTICA KTEL that is going to Sounio Temple) A lot of taverns around the neighbourhood , two off them in front off the house , a lot more at Tzitzifies squear just 5 minutes walk towards your left of the building , cafeterias , bakery , super market , and a mini market is at the corner of the block.
