Πρόκειται για ένα μικρό αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας και στην παραλία. Οι επισκέπτες θα χρειαστούν οπωσδήποτε μηχανάκι ή αυτοκίνητο για τη δική τους αυτονομία και καλύτερη διαμονή. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι η συνεννόηση πριν την άφιξη και βασικός κανόνας είναι η ησυχία καθώς το συγκρότημα είναι πολύ ήσυχο και δεν επιτρέπονται πάρτυ και συγκεντρώσεις
