Welcome to Aithoni (nightingale) House, where you are only a few steps from the crystal clear waters and sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi Bay. You will love the perfect combination of the beachfront location, whilst still only 700m from Naousa (10 minutes walk), the most picturesque town in Paros. This pedestrianised town built around a beautiful small port has a traditional yet vibrant atmosphere featuring beautiful cafes, bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. The home is 300 metres from the nearest mini mart. The duplex accommodation has beautiful sea views from the living area and wraparound terrace, which consists of 2 seating areas, one for lounging on and a dining area. Where better to sit and chill with a drink whilst watching the sunset over the beautiful Aegean Sea. The stylish and comfortable interior has AC throughout. The bright living /dining area on the first floor has double doors out onto the terrace and there is a fully fitted kitchen. The 3 double bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom and the second bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom and the other double bedroom.
Hi I hope you enjoy our home, I am an artist and you'll find some of my work in Naousa Village. This is a stunning Island from the beaches to the mountains with interesting towns and picturesque villages.
You will be enchanted with the pedestrianised town of Naousa with its small fisherman’s style architecture filled with amazing restaurants. Yemeni is one of my favourite restaurants and for lovers of risotto it’s outstanding. It has some excellent shops for jewellery, clothes, and interiors. Naousa also has some cool cocktail bars and a nightclub. Parakia/Paros the main town and port is really beautiful with old architecture and its small streets are filled with great cafes and restaurants. It's worth mentioning the art shop opposite the church for anyone who’s inspired and wants to buy art materials.
