Located at a distance of 30 km north west of Agios Nikolaos town, Milatos is a lovely village, part of the tourist resorts of Sissi-Malia, better yet it remains peaceful and traditional. Milatos is surrounded by green cliff sides, lush greenery and a lovely beach within a couple of kilometres from the village village with several seaside taverns. Close to the village, lies the historical cave of Milatos. The cave is today open for visit and has a small church inside.
