Individual house on ground floor with roof garden, completely renovated in 2018, fully furnished, 85 sq. in the heart of Athens. Brand new furniture. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed (double) and dining room , two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen (new appliances) .
The house is located in a very convenient location of Athens, close to supermarkets, dineries, gym and public transport. (8Km from Piraeus Port, near all public road transport, suburban railway, train, metro,).The house is situated in a quiet road, yet very close to a variety of cafes, since Kerameikos-Gazi is known for its vivid night life. ● Only at walking distance from the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum ● Next to the metro station Kerameikos which has a direct connection with the Airport ● Downtown-Syntagma square /Monastiraki is just 1 stop away with the metro or 15’ (550m) on foot. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and it is a great getaway for all types of travelers (couples, families or a group of friends) that want to stay in the heart of Athens, close to all famous monuments.
