The property has access by car by a small private side road from the Ring road of Tolo (Periferiakos dromos). Distance to the beach on foot is approx 300 m and to the center of the town 800 m. The rooms can be on the groundfloor, 1st or 2nd floor of the building. All rooms have spacious balconies and verandas, and at the garden there are local trees and flowers. The yard is also equip[ed with a BBQ for guests who wish to cook in the open air. All rooms are equipped with kitchenette, Air-condition, Satellite t.v., safe box, w.c./shower or bath and hairdryer. There's WiFi access free of charge for the whole premises.

Tolo( or Tolon) is situated only 10 km from Nafplion, one of the most beautiful and traditional towns in Greece, first capital of modern Greece (1821 until 1834) with a variety of historical monuments. Tolo beach, Psili Ammos is a golden sandy beach with a very warm and crystal clear sea. Locals often swim all year round. The bay of Tolo is "surrounded", on it's left by the Akropolis of Ancient Assini and on it's right by three small green islands with further view to Spetses and other uninhabitat islands that create a unique panorama as far as the eye can see. In a distance of 35km we reach the ancient city of Mycenae, the center of the Mycenaean culture of the late Bronze age (1600 BC to about 1100 BC) and in 23 km is the city of Argos, the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe. Just 35 km East of Tolo, lays the Sanctuary of Asclepios and the best preserved Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, with its mysterious acoustic. The famous summer ‘Epidaurus Theatrical Festival’ takes place every Fiday and Saturday night July and August. Also possible starting from the harbour of Tolo, one-day cruises with luxurious ships to the islands of Hydra-Spetses.
