ZeusPlace is a short rental luxury accomodation real estate company based in Katerini Pieria . We manage up to 40 villas and appartments all over Pieria region . Most of them are in Litohoro and Plaka , at Olympus mountain foot , some of them in Katerini and Paralia Katerinis and in Elatochori old village (near the ski center ) . Anastasia's apartment is located in the centre of the old village of Litochoro , next to the church of Agias Solomoni.Beautiful playground 3min walking distance and in a distance of 15 km from Katerini city centre. Fully equipped and traditional decorated it's a new apartment that opened its doors to the guests in summer 2023. In one of the most quite place in Litochoro with sea and Olympus view is just 700 m from Enipeas path. You need just 10 min by car to access all the beaches of Olympus Riviera , Plaka ,Skotina , Pantelehmon, Platamon and Leptokarya . In all these beaches you can find free places and beach bars as well , under Olympus mountain shadow. The apartment is located on the first floor and could accommodate up to 5 persons . There are two bedrooms and one living room with a sofa that becomes a bed . Litochoro is under the shadow of Olympus mountain and well known all over the world . The traditional kitchen is fully equipped and tradionally decorated. Two fully equipped bathrooms in the apartment offer privacy and relaxation for family or frineds .

The traditional stone-christ building is located in the center of Litochoro next to a park with a playground and the church of Agia Solomoni, one of the unique attractions of Litochoro. The famous Enipeas path is just 700 m away .
