It is situated inside a private villa located between Agios Nikolaos' two main beaches, Almyros and Ammoudara

Agios Nikolaos is a cosmopolitan and international town with a population of 12,000 inhabitants that attracts thousands of visitors each year, making it one of the most popular destinations in northeastern Crete. The city's most beautiful jewel is the lake, where legend has it that Athena and Artemis once bathed. It is connected to the sea by a narrow canal, and the natural surroundings of red rocks and trees make it a popular attraction for visitors. The small theater by the lake hosts interesting artistic and sporting events each year. A stroll through the lovely shops and boutiques of Agios Nikolaos is always pleasant, and visitors can purchase local products and various items of Cretan tradition and crafts, such as textiles, jewelry, ceramics, and more. For those who love culinary traditions, there are several taverns, restaurants, and small, characteristic places where they can taste typical dishes and delicacies of Cretan cuisine. The apartment is located just 2km from the city center, situated between the two main beaches of the city, which are within a 7-minute walk: Almyros and Ammoudara. Both beaches have blue flags, are sandy, organized, and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including the constant presence of a lifeguard. Almyros Beach, the larger of the two, is considered the best beach in the area. Its blue water, sandy bottom, and shallow water make it ideal for families with children.
