Comfortable country maisonette 167sqm. in Kanakia, Salamina. Built in a quiet location, ideal for relaxation and rest. It is 800 meters (2 minutes by car) from the beach of Kanakia, 15 km from the port of Salamina, 3 minutes walk from the nearest mini market. The maisonette includes a living room with fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a wc, barbeque and comfortable balconies overlooking the garden. Bed linen, towels, housekeeping, free wi-fi are offered and can comfortably cover every need of 2 to 8 people. The ground floor has a large bright living room with fireplace, A / C, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and three balcony doors leading to the spacious terrace of 2 levels of 75 sq.m. Comfortable kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle and the necessary dining utensils.
