This sunny and spacious appartment overlooks a picturesque square and it is about 50 metres from a nice mooring as well as the beach.The appartment is close to the port of Rafina (about 5kms),the ancient temple of Artemis(about 6kms),the smart park and Mc Arthur Glen shopping mall (about 9kms),Attika zoo (9kms),Halandri underground station (17kms),Αrchaeological museum of Marathon (18kms),the Mall Athens (20kms).The appartment is 24kms from Athens,31kms from the Pireus port and 6 kms from the airport.
Although this floor appartment is located in the centre of Artemis,it is in a quiet neighbourhood,very close to bus stations,restaurants,cafes,super markets and a medical center.All the above facilities are easily accessible on foot.
