Blue and Green is the actual house to spend your vacation away from the hassle and bustle of the crowded island on your own! It is a newly built luxurious house constructed in 2024, where the traditional Cycladic architecture converges with the present. Stone, wood and stalks, the traditional materials of the Cycladic islands have been used along with modern insulation and a swimming pool. We called the villa Blue &Green since the view is overwhelmed with the blue of the sky and the sea which is within wallking distance and whose sound can be heard in the quietness of the area.As for the Green, the house is on private land of 7000 square metres. It is situated in Tsoukalia and the beach is just perfect for those who love water sports and not only. It is around 7 kilometres from Naoussa and 2,5 kilometres from Marpissa with convenient stores, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy stores, taverns and shops. The best beaches on Paros are on this side. The airport is at 14 klm and the port at 17 klm.
