Blue Mare Villa is an exquisite accommodation choice for families and groups of friends. It is a beautiful, two-storey villa built with stone. Its size is 250 m² and is tastefully decorated in minimal style, with soft colors and simple lines. In its 4 bedrooms, 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated in beds, while there are extra beds for 2 more persons.   The villa extends to 3 levels: on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the living room with 40” satellite TV and Playstation 4, the indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. There is direct access to the pool area and the garden. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a Hydro-massage shower cabin. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which also can be set up as a double bed. There is also find a bathroom with a Hydro-massage shower cabin. In addition, on the top of the first floor, there is a loft which has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Nea Magnisia is a small village, privileged located in the northern part of Rethimno's prefecture. The village itself is very quiet. There is a small "kafeneion" (traditional cafe) where the guest can enjoy greek coffee or other traditional drinks such as raki, accompanied with traditional delicacies called "meze". Very close to Skaleta beach, less than 2 km, and to Stavromenos area, Blue Mare Villa's guests can easily have access to shops and restaurants. Furthermore, they will have the chance to visit by car sights of unique beauty such as Arcadi Monastery, the Ancient City of Eleftherna, Margarites village famous for its pottery tradition, Melidoni Cave. Moreover, the famous Geropotamos beach can be reached within minutes by car and have the chance to swim in its crystal clear waters. The town of Rethimno can be easily visited as the proximity to VOAK (the National High Way) is easy and safe. Thus, our guests have the chance to wander around Old Town's alleys, smell, and feel the essence of an older time.
