Reservation Policy: Reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact us for detailed information.

Credit Card Requirement: The credit card used for this reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present, no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.

Reception and Luggage Storage: There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.

Arrival Time Notification: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the property to welcome you. In case of last-minute notification, it may take up to an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.

For arrivals after 23:00 there is an extra check-in charge of 20,00€ paid upon arrival, by cash only.

Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of €20,00 per service.
