Σας καλωσορίζουμε στην κατοικία μας Casa Benedetta.
Ο κύριος και βασικός μας στόχος ήταν να δημιουργήσουμε έναν ήρεμο και άνετο χώρο που θα μπορούσε να φιλοξενήσει άνετα οικογένειες, ομάδες, ζευγάρια.
Το κτίριο χρονολογείται από το 1920.
Η πλήρης ανακαίνισή του ολοκληρώθηκε το 2024.
Θα προσπαθήσουμε να διατηρήσουμε τον παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα της κατοικίας και να τη συνδυάσουμε αρμονικά με τα σύγχρονα στοιχεία.
Σε έναν χώρο περίπου 180 τ.μ. μπορούμε να φιλοξενήσουμε τουλάχιστον 6 άτομα.
Διαθέτουμε 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και άνετη κουζίνα.
Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι του ακινήτου είναι επίσης άνετοι και ιδανικοί για να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.
Η τοποθεσία θεωρείται σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Απέχουμε μόλις 650 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και συγκεκριμένα 2000 μέτρα από το παλιό βενετσιάνικο λιμάνι.
Το Casa Benedetta δημιουργήθηκε με πολλή αγάπη και φροντίδα για να ικανοποιήσει τις διακοπές σας στο μέγιστο.
