It's ideal location can not only provide an astonishing sea view in company with the palms but also puts you in the center of the town. You can discover all city's landmarks by day and explore all pubs and clubs by night only within a fiew minutes' walk.
Inside the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen,three separated bedrooms for more privacy and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own air condition and TV. Living room is spacious including a big dining table which makes it ideal for the guests to gather and have some quality time together.
Βρίσκεται πάνω στον παραλιακό δρόμο της πόλης του Ρεθύμνου έμπροσθεν από τη Μαρίνα της πόλης και απέχει μόλις 50 μέτρα από την πλατεία του Αγνώστου Στρατιώτη και 400 μέτρα από το παλιό Ενετικό Λιμάνι. Εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ, νυχτερινά κέντρα και η αγορά της πόλης βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον περίπατό σας ή το μπάνιο σας στην όμορφη παραλία του Ρεθύμνου επί της οποίας βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα.
Η τοποθεσία της οικίας είναι ιδανική αν επιθυμείτε να εξερευνήσετε την πόλη με τα πόδια ή με ποδήλατο. Η παλιά πόλη απέχει ελάχιστα με τα πόδια ενώ η γραφική παραλία του Ρεθύμνου απλώνεται μπροστά σας. Η πλατεία του Αγνώστου Στρατιώτη έχει ταξί και βρίσκεται ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια ενώ υπάρχουν πολλοί χώροι στάθμευσης. Υπάρχουν αρκετές στάσεις λεωφορείων σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση ενώ έμπροσθεν του διαμερίσματος βρίσκεται το τουριστικό λεωφορείο της πόλης.
