It features a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances, Smart TV with premium content, ceiling fan and air conditioning in every room. It has two independent bedrooms. The first includes a double bed with a high-quality mattress, ceiling fan and air conditioning, while the second offers flexibility in layout, with the possibility of two single beds or a large double, depending on the needs of the guests. The bathroom is comfortable and functional, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. In the living room, the sofa converts into a single bed with a memory foam mattress, accommodating up to five people in total in the apartment. Outside, you will enjoy a 30 sq m private terrace and view to the lush garden — ideal for relaxation, meals or quiet moments in nature. Our home was built in 1990 by my parents, Christos and Souzana Kokkinidi, with the dream of creating a warm and welcoming space for travelers seeking peace, nature, and genuine connection to nature. I grew up here, watching my mother and father lovingly host guests from all over the world. Today, I’ve taken on the care of our family home and completely renovated the second floor to create Casa Olivea – a bright, stylish space with sea views, refined aesthetics, and high-quality details.
