Welcome to "Verde Blue"! This is a spacious, autonomous apartment located on the 1st floor of a private building, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and relaxation in the heart of Perivoli. The Space: The apartment features: Spacious Living-Dining Area: A bright, open-plan reception area, where modern aesthetics blend harmoniously with neoclassical elements, ideal for moments of relaxation and dining. Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.) for preparing your meals. 3 Comfortable Bedrooms: Two bedrooms have large double beds. The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out second bed underneath, which can comfortably accommodate two people. 2 Bathrooms: The main bathroom is spacious, with a granite countertop and a bathtub. The second WC includes a washing machine. Amenities & Outdoor Areas: The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (A/C) in all bedrooms and the living room for complete comfort. Free private parking is also provided on the premises. Enjoy the Corfiot sun on the large veranda located in front of the living room. It is furnished with an outdoor table and comfortable director's chairs, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. All three bedrooms also have access to their own balconies.

I was born and raised here on the island and have a deep love for my hometown, its history, and, above all, the famous Corfiot hospitality. As your host, my commitment is to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable. I am discreet, yet readily available if you need me. Cleanliness and prompt communication are my top priorities. In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, swimming at the island's beautiful beaches, listening to music, and reading. I love sharing these local experiences and tips with my guests. Both properties are located in Perivoli, a unique village that is bordered by two seas (the Ionian and Adriatic sides), offering a truly authentic experience. The "Verde Blue" accommodation is located in a central, yet quiet spot, on the internal main road of the traditional village of Perivoli. The area is a vibrant part of local life, offering immediate access to essential amenities. Within a short walking distance (approx. 200m) you will find: Traditional coffee shops (kafenia) Mini markets for your daily groceries The intercity bus (Green Bus) stop, which serves routes to Corfu Town, Lefkimmi, and Kavos. Immediate Surroundings: Just opposite the building, there is a grill house-restaurant, ideal for a quick lunch or dinner. A cardiology practice operates on the ground floor of the building (without affecting guest quietude).On the top floor of the building is "La Soffitta di Bampina", a smaller attic apartment which is also rented out during the summer months. To the rear of the property is my family home, where my mother resides. This location allows you to experience authentic Corfiot hospitality and life, while having all amenities and transport options right at your fingertips
