The house is located in Karababa area in Chalkida. The apartment has 3 apartments. On the second floor with on large terrace, and 2 balconies. is the 135 q.m. apartment. You can see from the terrace a small part of the sea, and the beautiful neighboring garden. Especially in summer at the large terrace you can enjoy the starry night sky. The three bedrooms are fully equipped with large closets, the first with a king size bed, the second and third with a double bed. In the apartment a person can be moved in a wheelchair, and one of the two bathrooms a myco swivel bath seat is available. The apartment offers a living and dining area (8 persons), separate fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), two TVs, satellite receiver (at the main TV) , two outdoor dining areas and one sofa bed. The apartment has solar panels, central floor heating and air-condition. The elevators capacity allows the use of a wheelchair. On the first floor are 3 more apartments with 50 q.m each. The apartments offers a living area (with A/C), a bed room (one double bed or two twin beds) with A/C , and a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, microwave)

The house is located on the continental side of Chalkida in Karababa area in a very quiet spot. 1000 meters from the old bridge and 50 meters from the beach Pomegranates. Just 15 min to 20 min on foot , on a large paved sidewalk (ideal for walking, cycling) parallel to the sea, you are in Chalkida city center ready to enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the city must café. Or enjoy your ouzo on the promenade of Chalkida watching the crazy waters (tidal phenomenon of the strait of Evripos), or do your shopping in the many shops in the city.. Within walking distance of the house there is a playground, basketball court, and a sandy beach ideal for small children with shade from trees. In the neighborhood is mini market, super market, kiosk, pharmacy, pastry shop and a bookstore, and many more. The Karababa Castle is only 800 meters away and offers relaxing walks around the walls, panoramic views of North and South Evia, the old and new bridge of Chalkida and brings memories back from another era, when the city of Chalkida was an important trading and cultural hub of the region. Note, that within the walls is the archaeological museum and the church of Elijah the Prophet (1895).
