The First floor apartment which has been renovated in 2022 offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Entrance from courtyard leads to first floor with internal wooden stairs. 8 minutes walking distance from Aegina Town shops, restaurants, beach, bus stop and Port. You could not get more central!!! Other Facilities: Smart TV, NETFLIX, fully fitted kitchen, deep 30cm mattresses, walk in Shower with glass sliding doors and a long balcony with SIDE Seaview and seating to relax and watch the ferries coming in (can even see lovely sunsets from the balcony). Outside shower in courtyard downstairs to rinse off after the beach and some seating in the courtyard to relax. There is a un-renovated room on the ground floor apartment that we use temporarily for our laundry room. You are most welcome to use the washing machine in the (unrenovated) laundry room. The laundry has everything you need, 11kg washing machine bought in 2022, ironing board, drying rack which you could put in the sun by the courtyard to dry your towels/clothes and laundry liquid. Once the bottom apartment will be renovated, both apartments will have their own washing machines. The whole buildings water supply is run by solar. There are automated balcony tents which shield for the sun, all controls are up on the walls by the TV. Air-conditioner controls are up on the walls in each room. Please note that we do have an outside courtyard camera for when the property is vacant for security precautions. This is a Self Check-in apartment, and all instructions for check in and check out will be given a few days before arrival.

Hi My name is Christina. Aegina is where our family originates from. We bought the 2 level apartments as it could accommodate our big family all together for holidays. We renovated the first floor apartment and will renovate the bottom in due course. Please don't hesitate to contact me while you are residing in our apartment for your stay if you need any information about the apartment or the island. I have helped many guests with great things to do in and around the island (even where to watch the euro soccer games). So please don't hesitate to contact me. we do have a manager residing on the other side of the island if you need help with the apartment, he can come through and help (but we have never needed to use that option). Our house is situated just on the edge of town. 3-5 Minutes walking time is all it takes to the shops, restaurants, port, taxi and bus stops, its a great base if you want to go visit another island for the day or just want to be central to everything. We are on a main road which leads straight down to the PORT & Avra beach. There is a road by the house which you can take and that leads straight to the centre of town (if you don't want to go from the beach) It is a busy side of the island as we are close to the main port. We do not offer Parking at the apartment, but you will find 2 parking places just a few meters down the road from the house or down at the beach you will find a big car park which is 2 min walk from the house (please do note that in high season the parking can get very busy!!) Please can we also note that no cars are aloud to park outside the grey gates, as the road is busy and buses will not be able to pass by. There is so much to do in Town and on the island in general. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you require our recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Please note that our road is a busy road leading directly to the port and in high season can sometimes get very busy with all the tourists and cars/bikes you will need to be cautious stepping out onto the main outside gates and keep a look out for happy noisy tourists scooting around on bikes :-) We are in a neighbourhood and on occasion you will hear some dogs and cats talking and fighting. Some cats do like to sleep in the courtyard, but we would ask that you do not feed any animal on the property as they get fed from local residents.
