The first bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,60x2), with direct access to a balcony, boasting an impeccable designed en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom also features a Queen size bed (1,60x2), with direct access to a balcony. Additionally, this bedroom boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, shower with cabin. The last bedroom of the Villa features two single beds (0,90x2), which are joined to form a King Size bed, with direct access to a balcony, also boasting a uniquely designed en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower with cabin. A shared bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The Villa boasts three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed, located in the first bedroom (Queen size bed- with the en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub.) Your Home Stay Includes - Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner. - Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week. - Baby cot and high chair available upon request. - Pool and garden cleaning every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. 
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Constantinos Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
