A 48sqm newbuilt house in the beautiful village Tholaria, in a quiet area with an amazing view. Fully furnished and equipped with an oven, kitchen, refrigirator, washing machine, tv and an extra bed in case you need one for a fourth person.

Very quiet neighborhood only 2 minutes from the centre of village
There is very frequent public transportation for the whole island. If you like walking the Aegiali bay is only 3 km. The house offers a private parking, through a narrow street.
