Located just 250 meters from Santa Maria Beach and 500 meters from Laggeri Beach, Blue Storie's villa boasts access to the seafront in less than a five and ten-minute walk respectively. The town of Naousa is a mere six-minute drive from the house, offering a vibrant atmosphere and a combination of Greek tradition with the cosmopolitan liveliness of a bustling town. With a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos, the property is surrounded by a patio and a garden and features three spacious bedrooms and an independent guest house. The main house of approximately 200 sqm spans across three levels. The ground floor consists of a living room and a dining room, a kitchen, and a convenient WC. Ascend to the upper floor for the master bedroom and bathroom and enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony. The basement offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a storage area, and a laundry room. The independent 35 sqm guest house features an open-plan layout kitchenette two single beds joined into a king-size bed and a bathroom. The outdoor area comprises a 1,200 sqm garden, a parking lot, and a patio with an outdoor dining table.

As a host, I enjoy meeting new people and sharing the beauty of this island, offering a warm and welcoming environment for guests to create lasting memories.
Built just 200m from the stunning Santa Maria beach and about 500m from Laggery Beach, my property offers a serene escape with the sound of waves and the scent of the sea. Naoussa, is just a 6-minute drive away, which provides the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to vibrant local life. I love the combination of the laid-back beach atmosphere and the lively town nearby, offering the best of both worlds.
