Perfectly located between Gennadi village and Gennadi beach, D&R Boutique Villas are modernly designed, 2023 built, fully furnished, and equipped with brand new appliances. Each 2-story villa has a BBQ area, an outdoor swimming pool, and a shower with 4 sunbeds. The large outdoor dining area consists of an elegant natural wooden 2.5 meter dining table and 8 wooden chairs. The villas are separated by a 1.8m fence for privacy. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed, an air conditioning unit, a smart tv connected to the WIFI, and an open wardrobe. The modern kitchen consists of an in-built fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hotplate. Also available is an espresso machine with pods, toasters, cutlery, and pots and pans. D&R Boutique Villas are located in the village of Gennadi, by the beach. The villas are a 20 minute drive to Lindos and Prasonisi, while Kiotari is 5 minutes away by car. Gennadi has a bus terminal, post office and many restaurants and bars.
