Designed for up to five guests (each), the villas feature two elegant bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and bright, open-plan living spaces that flow onto a sun-kissed terrace with a private pool (can be heated with an additional fee) and dining area with BBQ (Gas). Just a heartbeat away lies the renowned Blue Flag Geropotamos Beach. Extra Bonus : Nestled beside the prestigious 5* Royal Resort, these self-catering hideaways boast also sea views. Its privileged location grants guests access to the 5* resort’s premium facilities — booking signature restaurants, a chic beach bar, spa (with an additional fee) - and access to the main hotel pool & beach with sun-beds ( with no additional fee) —offering a seamless blend of independence and indulgence. Part of a boutique complex of three villas, these homes offer thoughtfully styled spaces in a gently shared setting, where some outdoor areas are lightly overlooked. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
