Our Villa is located just beside Chrousso Village Hotel, 1,5 Km before reaching the village of Paliouri and offers a large private swimming pool of 48 m2 right in front of the living room, a beautiful garden with barbecue facilities, 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa, two bathrooms and 1 WC. The distance from one of the best beaches in Chalikidiki – Chrousso beach is 900 meters and is also easily accessible on foot, since the villa is located on the bottom side of the main road. The villa is divided into 3 levels and is equipped with an internal elevator as well with marble stairs between the levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, WC, living room with flat-screenTV set and a fireplace, and in the garden the private swimming pool and the built- in barbecue. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of them has a double bed (1.50 X 2.00) and the other has a bunk bed that has an extra pulled out bed from below and can accomodate up to 3 persons. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a balcony. On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed (1.60 X 2.00) and a wardrobe which is served from its own ensuite bathroom. In every floor there is an AC. Our villa can accomodate up to 7 persons, but please note that the 7th bed is the extra bed that can be pulled out of the bunk-bed as shown in the photos. When it is used, moving around and the use of wardrobe of the room becomes inconvenient.

Τhe swimming pool is in use from the 1st of June till the 15th of October.

In Chrousso beach/ksenia beach you can find the most famous beach bars like Coursaros, Cabana and Lefki Ammos and in the same area there are also many other beautiful beaches accessible by car. The villages of Pefkochori and Paliouri, with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in 8 and 4 minutes distance by car.
